Perenco's site at Bacton has a good operational safety and environmental track record and everyone associated with the Baird project is committed to delivering this project to the same high standard.
For health and safety reasons, public access to the beach may be restricted at times. However, construction affecting the beach will be undertaken outside of the summer holiday season.
Once the new facility is operational, the beach access and the beach area affected by the pipeline project will be restored back to its original state.
